The Jamestown Education Foundation (JEF) is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enriching the educational and cultural experiences of students in Jamestown, Rhode Island.

For more than 20 years, JEF has supported local youth by funding innovative programs that inspire curiosity, promote academic excellence, and encourage lifelong learning—both within Jamestown’s public schools and through community-based initiatives.

As an entirely volunteer-run organization, we rely on the generosity of individuals and local businesses to make this work possible. Through grants and ongoing program support, we invest directly in opportunities that enhance the lives of Jamestown’s students and strengthen our community.
